I am a senior level therapist and marriage counselor in Newport Beach with a Doctorate in Psychology and have been working with individuals and couples in Orange County California for over 17 years. I work with clients on a variety of issues such as depression, anxiety, stress, grief and loss, low self-esteem, fear of dating, and relationship issues as well as issues that are less defined, such as a sense of emptiness or feeling adrift. In addition, I have advanced training and am highly experienced in couples counseling and marriage therapy.

I create a safe, warm and supportive environment where you can discuss your struggles and identify your strengths. Facing one’s challenges uncovers new strengths, brings increased self-esteem and creates a greater sense of well-being.

In addition to relieving specific symptoms that prevent you from being happy on a day-to-day basis, we will address the root causes of those symptoms. The goal is to help create long-term relief from anxiety, depression and other troubling issues, resolve relationship conflicts and help you feel happier.
